About the Client
Our client is a fast-growing digital product company operating a portfolio of SaaS and B2C subscription products.
Over the past year, the company scaled rapidly from a single product to multiple revenue-generating products.
The current stage is scaling and operational execution, not discovery or product vision building.
This is a pure execution Product Owner role, focused on:
backlog management
fast task execution
coordination with developers
delivering predefined priorities

Role Overview
We are looking for a Product Owner focused on execution and delivery to support the scaling of existing SaaS/B2C products.
You will work with predefined priorities and feature requests coming from the Head of Digital Products, founder, and marketing inputs.
Your responsibility is to translate these inputs into structured developer tasks and ensure fast, accurate delivery.
What You Will Actually Do
Execution & Backlog
Own and maintain the product backlog for live products
Convert incoming feature requests into clear Jira tasks with acceptance criteria
Continuously groom and reprioritize the backlog based on business input
Delivery Coordination
Work daily with developers (including outsourced teams)
Clarify requirements, answer implementation questions, track progress
Validate delivered work and coordinate fixes or follow-ups
Operational Product Work
Handle bugs, fixes, small improvements, and feature iterations
Support frequent releases and fast shipping cycles
Ensure documentation and task clarity, not product strategy
Documentation
Maintain requirements and updates in Confluence
Keep Jira and documentation structured and up to date
Requirements (Strict)
Hands-on experience as a Product Owner (execution-focused)
Experience working with already launched, live products
Strong, daily experience with Jira (tickets, backlog, acceptance criteria)
Experience translating high-level requests into concrete developer tasks
Background in delivery-heavy roles (PO, BA, delivery/product operations)
Experience working closely with developers in Agile / Scrum teams
Ability to work in fast-paced environments with frequent priority changes
Nice to Have (Optional)
Experience working with outsourced development teams
Experience in B2C subscription or freemium products
Experience supporting multiple products in parallel
