About the Role
Our client is expanding the commercial team and is hiring a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support pipeline growth through consistent, high-quality outbound and inbound lead qualification.
This is a high-execution role focused on speed, follow-through, and clean handoff of qualified opportunities to senior sales and business development leaders. Success in this role is driven by daily activity, responsiveness, and disciplined pipeline hygiene.
This is not a managerial role and does not include direct reports.

Key Responsibilities
Execute daily outbound and inbound lead follow-up with speed and consistency
Qualify leads through discovery conversations and defined criteria
Book qualified meetings for senior sales and business development roles
Maintain clean, accurate CRM records and activity tracking
Follow structured outreach sequences while applying sound qualification judgment
Collaborate closely with senior sales, business development, and marketing teams
Consistently hit daily and weekly activity and conversion targets
Estimated volume: ~70 calls per day, plus written follow-up
Working Model & Schedule
Fully remote role
Aligned primarily with U.S. business hours
Required overlap with U.S. Pacific Time: 6:00–8:00 PM PT for coordination and meetings
Preference for candidates based in Texas or able to reliably work overlap hours
Ideal Background
1–3 years of experience in SDR, sales, or lead qualification roles
Strong execution mindset with proven follow-through
Comfort with high-volume outbound and inbound activity
Clear written and verbal communication skills
Ability to qualify leads and consistently book meetings
Organized, detail-oriented, and CRM-comfortable
Coachable, open to feedback, and metrics-driven
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment
No formal education requirements — execution, coachability, and results matter most.
Nice to Have
Experience in healthcare or veterinary-related industries
Lead generation or outbound prospecting experience
CRM experience (especially GoHighLevel)
Prior experience in a fully remote sales role
Exposure to companies such as Covetrus, IDEXX, or CUBEX Veterinary Solutions
