Our client is a Singapore-based interior design and renovation studio delivering end-to-end residential projects, from concept development through to execution.
The company works closely across sales, design, and operations teams to ensure accurate scoping, transparent pricing, and a smooth transition from client onboarding to project delivery.
Role Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and client-focused Project & Client Delivery Manager to be the primary bridge between our clients and our execution teams. This critical role ensures that every project is managed efficiently, stays within scope and budget, and meets our high standards for design quality and client satisfaction. You will own the project lifecycle from the moment the contract is signed through to final handover.
Key Responsibilities
Project Management & Execution
Manage the end-to-end delivery of multiple residential renovation projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to established timelines, budgets, and quality standards;
Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, resource plans, and work breakdown structures;
Proactively identify potential risks, challenges, and roadblocks during the execution phase and implement corrective actions swiftly;
Oversee site progress, coordinating with the Operations team and subcontractors to ensure smooth workflow and safety compliance.
Client & Stakeholder Management
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients post-sale, maintaining transparent and proactive communication regarding project status, milestones, and any changes in scope or timeline;
Facilitate efficient handovers and communication across the internal Sales, Design, and Operations departments;
Manage scope changes and variation orders, ensuring accurate documentation and transparent pricing discussions with the client;
Ensure a high level of client satisfaction throughout the project delivery phase, gathering feedback upon completion.
Operational Coordination
Collaborate with the Design team to finalize material selections, technical specifications, and construction drawings before site mobilization;
Work with the Sales team to ensure accurate transfer of client requirements and contractual details during the initial scoping phase;
Monitor material procurement timelines and logistics with the Operations team to prevent delays.
Requirements
3+ years of proven experience in Project Management, Operations, or Client Services, preferably within the Interior Design, Renovation, or Construction sectors in Singapore;
A strong understanding of the residential design and renovation lifecycle, from conceptualization to final furnishing;
Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail;
Superior communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage demanding clients and coordinate complex teams;
Proven ability to manage budgets, timelines, and multiple projects concurrently in a fast-paced environment;
Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Trello) is a plus;
Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Mandarin/other local languages is advantageous for communication with clients/subcontractors.
