The role
This is a full-cycle B2B sales role with real ownership.
You will:
Generate and manage your own pipeline
Run the full sales cycle: prospecting → discovery → negotiation → close
Sell high-impact, value-based solutions with clear ROI for clients
Build long-term relationships with French SMBs and larger accounts
No “lead handover”, no pure farming — this is a true hunter role with upside.

Most salespeople reach 60–70k CZK gross/month within a few months, and 100k+ CZK/month over time.
Compensation & setup
Fixed salary: 42,500 CZK gross
Commission: 10–40%, uncapped
Office-based in Prague (Muzeum), 1 day remote per week
Working hours: 8:30–17:30
5 weeks paid leave

Motivated by performance, growth, and earnings
Energy background is a plus — not a must. We’ll teach you the market.
