Our client RapidSeedbox is a fully remote SaaS company operating globally since 2008. The company’s mission is to provide online anonymity and enable fast, reliable, and private access to public web data.
Over the years, RapidSeedbox has built a profitable, bootstrapped business serving thousands of active customers worldwide. The company operates with a strong profit-first mindset, focusing on sustainable growth, operational discipline, and long-term value creation rather than short-term scaling at any cost.
RapidSeedbox is now entering a new growth phase, evolving from a small, founder-led SaaS into a more structured, scalable organization. A key strategic direction is the expansion of its B2B offering, requiring stronger operational leadership, clearer metrics, and repeatable commercial systems.
The team is fully distributed and international, with a culture built around ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement. Leadership works closely with data, financial performance, and measurable outcomes, and expects the same level of discipline across the organization.
The role
The General Manager will act as the CEO’s right hand and take ownership of day-to-day operations and business performance.
This is a profit-first, entrepreneurial role combining strategy with hands-on execution. You will lead a distributed team of ~20 people across revenue, product, engineering, IT operations, finance, and HR, with 4 direct reports.
The mandate is clear: drive sustainable growth, improve operational efficiency, and own results. As performance grows, the role naturally evolves toward COO / CEO succession.
Key responsibilities
Own and drive business growth initiatives (revenue & EBITDA)
Take full P&L responsibility within 3–6 months
Lead and develop a remote, cross-functional team
Improve core SaaS metrics (MRR, CAC, LTV, churn)
Build operational systems, KPIs, dashboards, and accountability
Support and shape the company’s B2B product direction (0→1 mindset)
What we’re looking for
Proven experience growing a small SaaS company (under ~50 people)
4+ years in B2B SaaS leadership roles
Hands-on experience with P&L ownership and profitability
Strong understanding of SaaS economics and subscription funnels
Background in technical, product, engineering, or operations environments
Experience leading distributed, multicultural teams (remote-first)
Data-driven, results-oriented, entrepreneurial mindset
Fluent English
Experience in infrastructure, data, proxy, or developer-oriented SaaS is a strong plus.
