Our client is a fast-growing PSP operating in the iGaming, Forex, and Crypto segments. The company works with real transaction volumes and is developing AI-driven routing, proprietary anti-fraud solutions, and payment routes across Europe, LATAM, and Africa. The team is currently strengthening the payments function and is looking for a specialist who can take the infrastructure to the next level.
About the Role
This role is for a professional who wants not just to maintain existing systems, but to build and scale them. It requires a combination of strategic thinking and a hands-on approach: provider integrations, approval rate improvement, payment stability, expansion into new geographies, and unit economics optimization.
Key Responsibilities
Launching new payment routes (cards, APMs, crypto).
Improving approval rates and overall transaction stability.
Negotiating with acquirers, PSPs, and partner banks.
Building backup routes for critical corridors.
Analytics: metrics, dashboards, A/B testing.
Working closely with engineers on payment flows and integrations.
Requirements
7+ years of experience in payments: PSP, acquiring, or fintech.
Hands-on experience launching payment infrastructure in high-load, multi-geo environments.
Deep understanding of Visa/Mastercard, APMs, and crypto processing.
Strong technical literacy and understanding of payment flows.
Strong negotiation skills and results-driven mindset.
High-risk experience is a strong advantage.

Base salary + transparent bonus system:
85%+ approval rate across all geos: +25%
99%+ uptime: +15%
15%+ margin improvement: +20%
Up to 60% bonus on top of base compensation for achieving KPIs.
