Account Executive (Arabic)
About the Role: Driving FinTech Revenue
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive (Arabic Speaker) to join our team. This dual-focused role requires both the acquisition of new clients and the strategic expansion of revenue within the existing client base. You will be crucial in fostering long-term partnerships, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, and ensuring client solutions align with their long-term business goals in the FinTech space.
Responsibilities
1. Revenue Growth & Client Relationship Management
- Deepen client relationships post-signature to identify opportunities for revenue expansion.
- Focus on strategic upselling and cross-selling B2Broker's solutions to existing institutional clients.
- Analyze customer needs to align product presentations and maximize the success of long-term partnerships.
2. Prospecting & Lead Generation
- Conduct thorough market research and execute targeted outbound sales campaigns (cold calling, email outreach).
- Leverage platforms to identify and qualify new leads within target industries in the MENA region.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads.
3. Sales Funnel & Deal Execution
- Focus on qualifying leads effectively to ensure a good fit for B2Broker's solutions.
- Clearly articulate the unique value proposition of B2Broker's solutions.
- Conduct effective product demonstrations and presentations.
- Negotiate and close deals (both new acquisition and expansion deals).
4. Reporting, Analysis & Market Intelligence
- Analyze sales data, track KPIs (conversion rates, win rates), and develop accurate sales forecasts.
- Maintain accurate records of all activities in the Salesforce CRM system.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
Mandatory Requirements
- Proven track record in B2B sales/relationship management, preferably in the financial or technology industry.
- Strong understanding of the financial markets and trading technologies (e.g., FX, CFDs, crypto, structured products, derivatives, etc.).
- Ability to build rapport and trust with high-value clients.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales methodologies.
- Languages: Native fluency in Arabic and fluent in English (B2+).
