About the Role
We’re looking for a hands-on AI Engineer (Backend) to help design, build, and deploy AI-driven voice and chat agents for enterprise clients. You’ll work on backend architecture, integrations, and real-time conversational systems that bring LLM technology into production environments.
Responsibilities
Build and integrate AI voice/chat agents into enterprise platforms.
Design backend services and APIs for large-scale, high-availability systems.
Collaborate with customer teams on implementation and rollout.
Optimize performance metrics (latency, containment, call quality).
Work closely with AI, product, and infrastructure teams.
Requirements
2–6 years of experience as a backend or software engineer.
Proven experience with API design, integrations, microservices, or SaaS.
Solid knowledge of Python, Go, Node.js, or Java.
Experience with AI / LLM / conversational systems is an advantage.
Familiarity with voice or contact center technologies (ASR, TTS, SIP/WebRTC, Twilio, Genesys, NICE, Avaya) is a strong plus.
Experience delivering enterprise-grade software solutions.
Fluent German (C2 or native-level) and strong English communication skills.
