Job Overview 🎯

As an Operations Manager, you will lead the expansion and implementation of our platform across Peru. This role combines operational leadership, on-ground execution, product operations, and platform deployment. You will manage deployments, drive partner success, optimize workflows, and identify new business opportunities with bus operators.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Execution

• Manage end-to-end deployment of hardware and software (AFCS, GPS, cameras)

• Onboard and train operators for smooth platform implementation

• Monitor operational dashboards and address system issues

• Lead a team of operations executives managing city operations and client success

Stakeholder Management

• Build relationships with government bodies, operators, and local partners 🤝

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure excellent service and support

• Manage vendors for hardware deployment and local field technicians

Product Operations Enablement

• Capture partner requirements and support platform configuration changes

• Drive adoption and engagement metrics 🚀

• Gather feedback and support operational improvements

Education & Experience 🎓

• Fluent in Spanish and English

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field

• 3–5 years in operations, business development, or product/ops hybrid; transport/mobility tech experience preferred

Skills & Competencies

• Strong project management & communication skills

• Tech-savvy with dashboards, Excel/Google Sheets, data analysis

• Willingness to travel extensively and manage a field team

• Must have a car 🚗 for moving between sites across the city

• Process-oriented, strategic, and data-driven decision-making
