About the Company:
Auto HODL is a unique expert ecosystem and digital garage, where cars become part of culture, style, and trust. The project merges automotive business, IT platform, and lifestyle branding, with a mission to redefine premium car ownership through transparency, service, and aesthetics.
Our goal is to create a system managing all aspects of car ownership, seamlessly integrated with existing services, improving client experience, operational efficiency, and aiming for company capitalization of €100M+.
Business Areas:
Concierge & Brokerage – Purchase/sale support, logistics, customs, pre-sale preparation.
Digital Garage (MVP) – App + CRM for car owners, maintenance tracking, expense management, paid subscriptions, AI features, cashback and referral programs.
Media & Events – Content, club, auctions, YouTube/Instagram/Telegram/TikTok presence.
Restoration & Studio – Full-cycle detailing, painting, and premium car customization.
Investment Garage – Rare cars as investment assets, joint projects with collectors.
Revenue Streams:
Brokerage commissions (5–10%)
Margin on restoration and prep services (20–40%)
Digital Garage subscriptions ($300+/year)
Limited investment case sales
Advertising integrations and brand merchandising
Responsibilities:
Strategically lead the project from concept to launch, building the team, MVP, and CRM.
Define business models, budgets, and KPIs.
Establish and manage partner networks (services, logistics, insurance, marketplace).
Develop and execute the product roadmap: from idea to market, including subscriptions, AI features, and mobile apps.
Oversee execution across all verticals: Digital Garage, restoration, events, media.
Engage with investors, strategic partners, and key clients.
Scale the business and prepare for the franchise model.
Build the brand and cultivate an automotive community.
Candidate Requirements:
Experience in launching and managing startups, service-oriented or IT products (B2C and B2B).
Automotive industry experience — auto services, marketplaces, or related IT projects.
Hands-on understanding of IT integration with business processes; experience with CRM and digital products.
Entrepreneurial mindset; readiness to build a project from scratch.
Team management experience (small-to-medium teams, 5–50 people).
Advantageous: premium/luxury segment, AI tools, media projects experience.
