About the Company

Our client is a Web3 engineering studio building next-generation decentralized trading infrastructure — from DEX aggregation and multi-chain indexers to execution logic, trading bots, and on-chain automation.

Already generating 7-figure ARR, the company is fully bootstrapped, profitable, and scaling fast.
The team works in high-ownership mode: fast iterations, zero bureaucracy, and engineers who build end-to-end.

This is a group of Swiss-knife problem solvers where every contribution is visible and meaningful.

Location & Work Mode

Hybrid
• The team spends ~6–7 months per year in Dubai for focused in-person sprints.
• Travel & accommodation during on-site periods are fully covered.
• Remote from Europe works for exceptional engineers who can join us in Dubai a few months per year.

What You’ll Work On

You’ll build and scale decentralized trading systems across several layers:

Backend / Infrastructure

• Services & APIs for execution, routing, pricing, risk, and on-chain logic
• High-throughput backend handling large, fast-growing datasets
• Performance tuning, observability, and reliability work
• Deployments, debugging, and pragmatic DevOps

On-chain / Smart Contracts

• Solidity smart contracts
• On-chain data pipelines: indexing, decoding, explorers, mempool insights
• Integrations with DEXs and DeFi protocols

Trading Interfaces

• Web trading UIs (React/Next.js)
• Telegram trading bots
• Rapid prototyping and full ownership of feature lifecycles

Who You Are

• A Swiss-knife engineer who enjoys switching between backend, infra, smart contracts, and occasional frontend
• Strong fundamentals: performance, scalability, data structures, security mindset
• Autonomous, fast-moving, allergic to bureaucracy
• Comfortable taking full ownership from spec → code → deploy → iterate
• You prefer solving problems end-to-end instead of sitting in a narrow feature lane

Our client values depth over years of experience — strong-middle and senior engineers are equally welcome if the technical understanding is real.

Must-Have

• Solid backend experience with TypeScript/Node.js, Python, Go, or Rust
• Strong API & data modeling skills
• Production debugging experience
• Work in high-load / fast-paced environments (crypto, trading, startup)
• PostgreSQL or similar (large datasets)
• DevOps mindset: containers, CI/CD, monitoring
• Fluent English (French is a major plus)

Nice to Have

• DeFi/Web3 experience: Solidity, Ethers.js, DEXs, perps, launchpads
• Trading systems (execution, pricing, routing, risk)
• React / Next.js
• AWS: ECS/EKS, S3, IAM
• Grafana, Prometheus, Datadog, Sentry
• Blockchain data pipelines
• Security awareness: keys, permissions, anti-MEV
