Our client — an early-stage AI × GovTech startup — is building a next-generation platform that brings transparency, efficiency, and decision intelligence to the public sector.

The company’s mission is to help governments and large institutions leverage massive data and AI to make better, faster, and more accountable decisions.

They’re now looking for a Product Founder — a strategic product leader with a founder’s mindset — to define what the product should be, build the roadmap from the ground up, and lead it from concept to market.
You’ll be joining at a founding level, working closely with the CEO and Chief Architect to design the system that will transform how governments handle data, procurement, and trust.

What you’ll do

• Define and own the product vision, strategy, and architecture of an AI/data-driven GovTech platform.

• Turn complex data, AI, and compliance layers into a clear product direction and execution plan.

• Work closely with AI engineers, data scientists, and policy experts to design scalable, intelligent systems.

• Translate market and regulatory needs into high-impact product opportunities.

• Drive go-to-market strategy, growth, and positioning of the platform.

• Build the product culture and processes — from discovery to delivery — where none exist yet.

• Help shape the company’s overall strategy and narrative as a core member of the founding team.

You’ll fit if you

• Think and act like a founder — curious, strategic, decisive, and comfortable with ambiguity.

• Have a strong background in AI or data-intensive products (LLMs, RAG, orchestration, embeddings, data pipelines, analytics).

• Have experience scaling SaaS or platform products, ideally in regulated or compliance-heavy industries (GovTech, FinTech, HealthTech, Pharma).

• Can balance visionary thinking with hands-on execution.

• Know how to translate technical complexity into business clarity.

• Thrive in early-stage environments and have experience leading through uncertainty.

• Speak fluent English (EU timezone preferred).
