Our client is a leading liquidity and technology provider specializing in the crypto and foreign exchange (FX) industries. With over 10 years of experience, they deliver advanced B2B tech solutions that empower brokers and financial institutions to scale faster while minimizing infrastructure costs. Their clients include licensed brokers, crypto exchanges, hedge funds, and asset managers globally.
Responsibilities
Define and execute a sales strategy focused on converting and retaining individual traders across key markets.
Build the foundation for a team of sales agents and account managers
Optimize CRM workflows and communication flows to increase conversion rates from registration to deposit.
Drive growth through retail-facing partnerships.
Build monitoring reports and KPI’s to track key metrics.
Coordinate with marketing, product, and support teams to align messaging and campaign execution.
Direct communication with clients.
Obligatory
7+ years of proven sales management experience in a Multi-Regulated CFD Broker.
Deep understanding of traders, client segmentation, and trading platforms.
Experience managing multilingual, multi-regional sales teams.
Strong working knowledge of CRM tools, sales pipelines, KPIs, Telephony services.
Fluency in English.
Preferably
Experience working with IB’s & Partners, lead generators, or local market promoters.
