About the role
We’re looking for a Video Editor with a proven track record in DTC e-commerce ads for Meta (Facebook/Instagram). You’ll craft high-converting UGC and VSL creatives within a collaborative, well-documented (SOP-driven) workflow.
What you’ll do
Edit and iterate UGC/VSL ads for Meta according to scripts, briefs, and brand guidelines
Apply direct-response principles: hook, pacing, scene selection, social proof, CTA
Collaborate with creative strategists and content managers; incorporate feedback quickly
Maintain high output quality while following SOPs and continuously improving your craft
What you’ll bring
Portfolio with e-commerce ad work (required for review)
Hands-on experience editing videos specifically used in Meta ad campaigns
Deep understanding of UGC/VSL formats and direct-response editing techniques
Strong communication and a team-first mindset; comfortable working from SOPs
Only candidates with prior DTC e-commerce video editing experience will be considered
Nice to have: familiarity with ClickUp and similar productivity tools
How we work
Contract: full-time contractor, ~40 hrs/week, time tracked via Hubstaff
Schedule: Mon–Fri, 8:00–17:00 GST (Dubai time), with a 1-hour break
Compensation & benefits
$1,500/month (paid twice monthly via Payoneer), with growth potential
