About the Role
As Marketing Project Manager, you’ll be the central engine that keeps their campaigns, creatives, and launches running seamlessly. You’ll work across internal teams, agencies, freelancers, and UGC creators — ensuring briefs are sharp, timelines are met, and creative assets are delivered at speed.

Key Responsibilities
Marketing Project Management — Manage timelines, track deliverables, and drive execution across campaigns — from ad creatives and emails to landing pages and CRO tests.
Coordinate across teams — work with media buyers, creative strategists, video editors, UGC creators, and agencies to make sure assets are delivered on time and at quality.
Systemize processes — build and maintain SOPs, templates, and checklists to turn repeat tasks into scalable workflows.
Asset Naming & Organization — Maintain consistent naming conventions across creative assets and track all deliverables for clarity, version control, and easier reporting.
Track and report performance — build simple, clear dashboards and weekly reports that highlight project status, campaign performance, bottlenecks, and deadlines. Focus on giving leadership visibility into progress and risks without overcomplicating the data.
Optimize for speed — constantly look for ways to shorten turnaround times, reduce back-and-forth, and increase output without sacrificing quality.
Be the point of accountability — ensure nothing falls through the cracks and all stakeholders are aligned.
What We’re Looking For
4+ years of experience in project management (marketing/creative teams preferred).
Must have worked with a DTC eCommerce brand or digital marketing agency at scale.
Strong understanding of marketing workflows (campaigns, creative production, CRO).
Advanced skills in project management tools (ClickUp, Asana, Airtable, Google Sheets).
Proven experience building and scaling systems, SOPs, and reporting dashboards.
Analytical mindset — you thrive on tracking performance and spotting bottlenecks.
Strong communicator who can lead cross-functional teams and manage agencies/partners.
Bonus: PMP or other project management certification.
