The Opportunity

We're seeking a Senior CRO Specialist to join our core team and take ownership of conversion optimization across our entire portfolio. This is a unique opportunity to work with two high-performing brands in completely different verticals, splitting your time equally (20 hours per brand) while having direct impact on millions in revenue across tech and wellness markets.

What You'll Own

Strategic Optimization (50%)

 - Lead comprehensive conversion rate optimization across both e-commerce platforms

- Design and execute sophisticated A/B testing strategies using advanced tools like Intelligems

- Optimize customer journeys for both tech-savvy buyers and wellness-focused consumers

- Analyze complex data sets and transform insights into high-impact revenue strategies across different customer psychology profiles

Cross-Functional Leadership (30%)

- Partner directly with marketing, product, and executive teams to align CRO initiatives with business objectives

- Present optimization results and strategic recommendations to leadership

- Drive website improvements that measurably impact bottom-line performance across diverse markets

- Stay ahead of industry trends in both tech and wellness e-commerce sectors

Technical Implementation (20%)

- Work extensively with Shopify and other e-commerce platforms

- Monitor and analyze performance metrics using advanced analytics tools

- Implement technical optimizations across landing pages, product pages, and checkout flows for different customer segments

What We're Looking For

Essential Experience:

- 3+ years of proven CRO experience with 7-8 figure e-commerce brands

- Expert-level proficiency with A/B testing platforms (Intelligems preferred)

- Deep experience with Shopify and advanced e-commerce optimization

- Strong analytical background with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies

- Track record of measurably improving conversion rates and revenue

Highly Valued Skills:

- Design capabilities (Figma, Photoshop, or similar) - ability to create conversion-focused designs

- Development skills (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) - capability to implement technical optimizations

- Experience with diverse market segments (tech products AND wellness/health products is a major plus.

- Understanding of different consumer psychology patterns across market verticals

- Experience with science-backed product marketing and educational content optimization
