Lead Generation Specialist
Our client is a fast-growing lead generation and GTM agency that specializes in building scalable sales pipelines for B2B companies worldwide. With a strong focus on LinkedIn and cold email outreach, the company delivers hyper-personalized, data-backed campaigns designed to generate qualified leads, meetings, and sales opportunities.
They’re looking for someone to fill a role and grow with them long-term. If you’re eager to build your expertise in a fast-paced environment, they’ll support you every step of the way.
What you’ll do:
- Set up domains, mailboxes, warm-up, and monitor deliverability.
- Find, clean, enrich, and validate leads via Apollo, CLAY, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.
- Build and maintain cold email campaigns (Lemlist, Instantly, Smartlead, etc.).
- Create LinkedIn outreach flows.
- Compose email texts and optimize email sequences.
- Track campaign health, analyze performance, and fix issues fast.
- Report on progress and help improve results.
What we expect:
- At least 1+ years of experience in lead generation or a similar role.
- English level - B1-B2+ for effective communication with foreign clients.
- Knowledge of lead generation tools: CLAY, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, [Snov.io](http://snov.io/), Instantly, or Smartlead.
- Hands-on experience running cold outreach (E-mail / LinkedIn).
- Attention to detail, logic, and problem-solving mindset.
- Desire to grow fast, work smart, and contribute to a winning team.
Would be a plus:
- A proven track record of running email marketing campaigns.
- Worked in an agency or freelance.
- Worked with Upwork automation tools.
- Worked with Make, n8n, Zapier, or other automation tools.
- Can showcase results of successful email or LinkedIn campaigns.
