Our client is a fast-growing deep-tech company developing a next-generation AI Compute SoC that combines high-performance AI processing with advanced networking capabilities. With 70+ engineers across IL/EU/US and a successfully working first silicon, the company is now expanding its VLSI verification team in Poland.

This role is ideal for a senior verification engineer who can independently own a verification domain end-to-end and collaborate closely with the Israeli VLSI team.

What You Will Do

• Own block/cluster verification from spec to sign-off.

• Build and evolve SystemVerilog UVM environments.

• Drive unit → subsystem → full-chip verification flows.

• Define strategy and methodology for your verification domain.

• Collaborate with RTL, architecture, and SoC teams across Israel and Europe.

• Work on a complex SoC with NoC, CPU subsystems, PCIe, DMA, memory hierarchy, and AI accelerators.
  

What We’re Looking For (Must-Have)

• 7+ years ASIC/SoC pre-silicon verification experience.

• Strong SystemVerilog + UVM expertise.

• Ability to own block/cluster verification independently.
  

Nice to Have

• Experience with AXI/AMBA, NoC, PCIe, DMA, CPU subsystems.

• Exposure to AI accelerators or high-throughput datapaths.

• Experience with subsystem/full-chip verification (strong plus).

• Tape-out experience (optional).
