- Location: San Francisco Bay Area, CA
- Pay: $25/hour base + uncapped commission + $1,000 bonus after 3 months
- Schedule: Weekends required (Saturday & Sunday) + optional weekday events

As a Part-Time Event Sales Representative, you’ll be the friendly face at local farmers markets, sports games, and pop-up events. You’ll connect with homeowners, spark conversations, and book meetings that make a difference — for them and for your paycheck.

Your Day-to-Day
- Represent Realm at vibrant local events (farmers markets, sports, pop-ups).
- Engage with homeowners, introduce our services, and book meetings.
- Set up and break down event booths (tent, table, signage, promotional materials).
- Transport event kit (up to 50 lbs) in your own 4-door vehicle or larger.
- Stay connected with the team through Slack and Google Suite.
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years in face-to-face sales or customer service (field sales a plus).
- Friendly, confident, and reliable.
- Comfortable working every weekend — where the action happens.
- Able to stand and interact for extended periods.
- Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
