Talent Acquisition Specialist (Mid–Senior Level) | FinTech | Fully Remote (Ukraine & Moldova)

Operating in 140+ countries and across 25+ industries, they deliver secure, scalable, and innovative financial solutions to a global customer base.As their exclusive recruiting partner, we are hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist to help establish and grow their in-house recruitment function, lead full-cycle hiring across international markets, and build the teams that drive their rapid expansion.

About the Role
As a Mid–Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will own end-to-end recruitment for a range of non-technical positions across Customer Support, Compliance, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Legal, and Product teams.
You will act as a strategic partner to hiring managers, designing effective hiring strategies, sourcing top talent, and ensuring a seamless candidate journey from first contact to offer acceptance.
Responsibilities
Lead full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates
Collaborate with hiring managers to define role profiles and build recruitment strategies
Use creative and data-driven sourcing methods to identify top candidates
Evaluate candidates for skills, cultural fit, and growth potential
Improve and maintain ATS workflows, templates, and reports
Conduct professional reference checks
Implement process improvements to boost efficiency and candidate experience
Lead TA projects — interview process standardization, scorecards, internal training, employer branding initiatives
Monitor labor market trends in EMEA, UK, and Malta
Mentor junior recruiters to support their professional growth
What We’re Looking For
3+ years of Talent Acquisition experience (non-technical roles)
Proven track record hiring across multiple European markets
Experience in FinTech or financial services recruitment preferred
Ukrainian — required
English C1+ — required
Russian — a plus
High attention to detail in communication and scheduling
Proactive, self-driven, and adaptable in a fast-changing environment
Comfortable working in international, high-growth companies
