📍 Location: Hybrid – NY/NJ only (Remote + in-person NYC visits 1–3x/week)

Role Overview
As an Account Manager / Sales Associate, you’ll be instrumental in growing and supporting a sophisticated client base of financial professionals. You’ll engage both warm and cold leads, visit trading desks, and guide prospects through the entire sales process — from introduction to signed contract. You'll also collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to deliver an excellent client experience.
Key Responsibilities
Handle client inquiries, provide administrative support, and manage incoming calls.
Prospect new leads via referrals and cold outreach, with a strong focus on financial institutions.
Conduct in-person meetings with prospects to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions.
Guide clients through trials and onboarding, ensuring a smooth path to conversion.
Collaborate with internal teams to support clients on platform-related needs and test new product features.
Goals & Objectives
Deliver exceptional customer support and relationship management.
Drive consistent lead generation and sales activity.
Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to business growth.
Establish our client as a premier provider of real-time financial market intelligence.
Improve lead qualification and closing efficiency.
Requirements
Degree or practical experience in finance.
Proven experience in sales, telemarketing, or a call center environment.
Trading experience (sell-side preferred) or deep familiarity with trading environments.
Strong communication skills, professionalism, and the ability to multitask.
Energetic, motivated, and client-focused.
Must be based in NY or NJ, with flexibility to attend client meetings in NYC.
A quiet, dedicated remote work setup is required.
Preferred Qualifications
Established contacts in the financial sector.
Multilingual abilities are a plus.
Enthusiasm for building new relationships and closing deals.
Knowledge of how real-time news affects asset classes and trading decisions.
Track record of exceeding sales goals.
Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
