Position: Business Development Manager – Africa
Location: Nigeria, Kenya, Ghana, Uganda (fully remote, Europe-based candidates welcome with occasional regional travel)

Your Mission

Sign 5 new local partners in 6 months—mobile money providers, banks, crypto wallets, and payout processors.

Enable seamless pay-in/out in 4+ markets within 90 days—e.g., Nigeria (BT, USSD), Kenya (M-PESA), Ghana (mobile money), Uganda.

Negotiate high-impact deals: think <2% commission, T+3 settlement, crypto-compatible terms.

Build and sustain a pipeline of 10+ qualified opportunities monthly from your network, events, and outreach.

Launch 2–3 new stablecoin or crypto payment options per region.

Ensure SLA compliance and deliver quarterly business reviews for key partnerships.

What We’re Looking For

3–5+ years in fintech, mobile money, crypto, or PSPs with strong Africa-regional experience.

Proven record in closing deals with local banks, wallets, or aggregators.

Deep grasp of KYC, liquidity, FX, regulation, and payment reliability.

A well-connected, self-driven individual who navigates chaos with ease.

Fluent in English (C1+); French or local languages are a distinct advantage.
