Role Scope
We are looking for an experienced B2B Sales/Relationship Specialist with a proven track record of developing and expanding business in competitive, fast-moving markets. This role focuses on generating high-value deals and building strategic relationships with enterprise-level clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Originate and close large-scale B2B deals, negotiating contracts with high-volume potential.
- Develop and nurture client relationships across multiple regions and business models.
- Act as a strategic advisor for clients, offering tailored solutions in bank cards, alternative payments, and crypto.
- Collaborate with product, legal, and technical teams to shape offerings and deliver customized proposals.
- Lead negotiations with C-level executives and manage complex, multi-regional integrations.
- Drive client account expansion, aiming for significant growth in transaction volume and value.
- Provide valuable insights from client interactions to influence product and service improvements.
Required Experience & Qualifications
- 5+ years in Key Account or Enterprise Sales, preferably in fintech, payments, banking, SaaS, or high-risk industries.
- Proven experience closing strategic deals and managing long-term B2B relationships.
- Deep knowledge of payment solutions (PSP, acquiring, alternative payments, open banking, crypto, compliance, onboarding).
- Ability to effectively communicate technical and commercial information to decision-makers.
- Proactive self-starter with strong skills in negotiation, presentation, and relationship management.
- Fluent English (C1+) required for negotiations, correspondence, and executive presentations.
