This is a unique opportunity to become the first senior marketing leader in a pioneering FinTech company. You’ll build the marketing foundation from scratch: driving company awareness, supporting sales with inbound leads, and assembling a powerful marketing team as the company grows.
Your Mission: First 90 Days & Beyond
Launch the core “marketing machine”: update the website, set up a regular LinkedIn publishing plan, showcase client stories/case studies, and drive the first inbound leads.
Brand & positioning: Define the company’s unique value proposition, tone of voice, and build an actionable brand guide.
Grow digital presence by 5x: drive SEO, content, and social efforts to grow website traffic and subscriber base by at least 5x.
Establish industry authority: deliver 4 high-value materials (whitepapers, client cases, podcasts) and secure 5+ mentions in top industry media.
Conference ROI: Plan impactful participation at major events (SBC, SiGMA, ICE) to generate 10+ quality leads and actionable post-event steps.
Start building the marketing team: Hire the first key member (content, SMM, or performance) and lay the foundations for analytics and marketing processes.

Strategic thinking: You analyze the FinTech/Payments/iGaming market, identify opportunities, and design actionable go-to-market plans.
B2B/FinTech Marketing Experience: Proven success in building a brand in FinTech, payments, SaaS, or other high-risk verticals.
Content marketing strength: You excel at writing landing pages, email sequences, white papers, and LinkedIn posts that engage and get shared.
Event expertise: You know how to organize international expos or panels—handling logistics, booths, demos, and lead tracking.
Project management: You plan effectively, meet deadlines, and synchronize teams with minimal bureaucracy.
Analytics & metrics: You love data—setting KPIs, tracking funnels, measuring ROI, and optimizing campaigns based on insights.
English C1+: Fluent in presenting, handling correspondence, and building relationships with international partners.
Creativity & resourcefulness: You generate standout ideas, even with a limited budget.
Speed & adaptability: You thrive in a launch-measure-improve mode and can adapt quickly to changes.
Hands-on leadership: You are ready to get directly involved—launching paid ads, adjusting designs, and setting up campaigns—then teaching the team to do the same.
What We're Looking For:
Europe-based candidates preferred (open to remote candidates).
English fluency is a must; knowledge of Ukrainian is a significant advantage.
