Operations & Systems Manager
Position: Full-Time, Remote

๐ฏ Role Purpose:
To take over the internal operations of a fast-scaling OnlyFans agency ($150K+/mo) and build a company that runs without the founder. You will stabilize chaos, install clear systems, and lead the team toward growth by owning SOPs, performance tracking, onboarding, and day-to-day team execution.
You are the engine of the company โ turning ideas into systems and people into high-performing contributors.

๐ Job Description
You will oversee the agency's internal systems, team operations, onboarding flows, and cross-department project management. Youโll turn chaos into clarity by installing weekly check-ins, tracking performance, building SOPs in Notion, and ensuring the team runs without the founder micromanaging them.
You will be in constant contact with the Creative Director, Chatting Manager, Reddit Lead, and other key team members.
๐ Requirements
- Experience in operations for a remote company or agency
- Strong English communication skills
- Familiar with Notion, Airtable, Slack, Telegram
- Experience building and managing SOPs and KPI dashboards
- Strong project management and delegation skills
- Able to hold others accountable and report on performance
- (Bonus) Experience in the NSFW or digital creator/OnlyFans space
๐ Day-to-Day Tasks
- Build and maintain Notion systems for SOPs, onboarding, task management
- Track weekly team KPIs in Airtable or Notion
- Run weekly check-ins with leads (Reddit, Creative, Chatting, etc.)
- Manage onboarding of new hires with clear checklists and system access
- Monitor project timelines (model launches, marketing campaigns, SOP rollouts)
- Track performance issues, suggest improvements, and implement solutions
- Coordinate with recruiters (Joe + Trxye) for pipeline visibility
๐ Ownership
- Internal systems (Notion, Airtable, Google Workspace)
- SOP documentation and maintenance
- Weekly team scorecard & KPI reporting
- New hire onboarding process and timeline
- Project management of model marketing launches
- Tracking operational bottlenecks and fixing them

- Base pay: open to negotiation
- Bonuses for hitting quarterly targets
- Paid trial period (1 month) before long-term offer
