Our client is hiring a DocuSign Developer to build, maintain, and scale technical solutions across the full DocuSign implementation lifecycle. This role is deeply technical and hands-on, ideal for an engineer who enjoys working with APIs, automation, integrations, and post-deployment enhancements.

You'll be responsible for building templates, writing custom code, automating testing, and ensuring production systems run reliably. You’ll work closely with solution consultants and project managers to turn business requirements into scalable, high-performance DocuSign implementations.

Key Responsibilities

- Development:

• Build and configure DocuSign eSignature & CLM templates.
• Develop custom code using DocuSign APIs.
• Set up and manage system integrations.
• Prepare and manage databases and deployment environments.

- Testing:

• Create and run automated and manual test scripts.
• Conduct internal QA cycles.
• Support UAT and address reported defects.

- Deployment:

• Promote builds to production.
• Perform final smoke testing.
• Troubleshoot go-live issues.

- Support & Enhancements:

• Fix production bugs and issues.
• Develop new features for future project phases or change requests.

Must-Have Qualifications

• Proficiency in DocuSign APIs (eSignature, CLM), including JWT, OAuth 2.0, Connect webhooks, embedded sending.
• Strong server-side programming in one of: Node.js, Python, or C#.
• Front-end scripting with JavaScript.
• Integration experience with REST/JSON, webhooks, and tools like MuleSoft, Zapier, or Workato.
• Solid understanding of SQL Server or PostgreSQL — setup, migration, tuning.
• Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps).
• Experience with automated testing frameworks: Postman/Newman, Jest, Playwright.
• Defect tracking and QA discipline.

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience with DocuSign CLM API and SpringCM document generation.
• Familiarity with AWS Lambda or Azure Functions for serverless integrations.
• Knowledge of PDF field mapping and advanced logic in DocuSign templates.
