Key Responsibilities

- Sales & Discovery (Phases 1–2):

• Lead sales and discovery calls.
• Conduct requirements gathering sessions.
• Draft Requirement Summary Documents (RSD) and Solution Blueprints.

- Design Sign-Off:

• Facilitate Solution Design Reviews.
• Obtain formal client approval on proposed solutions.

- Testing & UAT (Phase 4):

• Coordinate test plans and manage defect triage.
• Lead user acceptance testing and client checkpoints.

- Deploy & Support (Phases 5–7):

• Manage go-live readiness and deployment.
• Deliver end-user training and knowledge transfer.
• Provide post-go-live support and identify upsell opportunities.

Must-Have Qualifications

• Deep hands-on knowledge of DocuSign eSignature & CLM, including template logic, routing, and admin functions.
• Strong experience in requirements elicitation and process mapping (BPMN, Lucidchart, Miro).
• Proficient in project management methodologies (Agile, Hybrid Waterfall) and tools like Jira, Asana, RAID logs.
• Skilled in writing clear SOWs, BRDs, and training materials.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills — confident leading discovery calls, pricing work, and presenting to executives.
• Fluent, professional-level written and spoken English

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience configuring DocuSign Connect / webhooks.
• Familiarity with CRMs like Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
• Basic SQL for test data validation.
