Senior Sales Executive – Wallet-as-a-Service (Crypto Infrastructure)

A fast-growing fintech company with a diverse portfolio of digital payment products is looking for an experienced Senior Sales Executive to lead business development for its Wallet-as-a-Service (WaaS) solution — a crypto-native API product similar in scope to Fireblocks or BitGo.
🔧 About the Product:
Wallet-as-a-Service is a secure and scalable infrastructure product designed for institutional clients and fintechs. It includes:
Custodial and non-custodial wallet infrastructure (cold & hot wallets);
MPC and multisig configurations;
Treasury and settlement automation;
Compliance-ready workflows;
Full API-based integration with modular deployment.
The product is already in use by crypto exchanges, brokers, DeFi projects, and payment service providers.
Key Responsibilities:
Own the full sales cycle: identify, engage, and close high-value B2B clients across crypto-native and fintech segments;
Conduct deep discovery and product demos for CTOs, COOs, and Heads of Product;
Customize proposals and lead strategic conversations with technical and compliance stakeholders;
Attend and represent the company at relevant crypto/payments events and expos;
Collaborate closely with product and marketing teams to adjust GTM strategy;
Test new acquisition channels and support expansion into new ICPs or jurisdictions.
Requirements:
4+ years in B2B sales or business development for crypto-native infrastructure products (wallet orchestration, custody, blockchain APIs);
Proven track record of selling complex fintech or crypto SaaS/API solutions to exchanges, PSPs, brokers, or regulated institutions;
Strong understanding of custody models, MPC/multisig, hot/cold wallet infrastructure, and treasury/compliance flows;
Confident working with technical and C-level stakeholders;
Fluent English (C1) — assessed via video/audio call.
