Senior Sales Executive – Global Payments (Crypto / High-Risk Focus)

An international fintech company is looking for a senior-level Sales Executive with deep expertise in global payment solutions and a strong track record in high-risk verticals such as iGaming, betting, adult, and crypto. This is a rare opportunity for a high-performing professional to drive international expansion in a fast-growing business environment with full ownership over the sales process.
What You’ll Do
Lead end-to-end B2B sales of crypto and fiat payment solutions to high-risk and regulated enterprise clients.
Develop and manage a pipeline of Tier-1 merchants and partners across Europe, LATAM, and APAC.
Own the full sales cycle: from lead generation to negotiation, closing, and onboarding handoff.
Customize and present commercial proposals, pricing strategies, and integration plans tailored to client needs.
Attend international expos, industry events, and closed-door networking meetups – often sourcing and arranging your own presence.
Build strong, lasting relationships with C-level stakeholders and influence their payment infrastructure decisions.
Collaborate closely with product and marketing teams to improve positioning and tailor outreach campaigns.
Take a data-driven approach to performance, continuously improving metrics such as activation rate, chargeback rate, and payment conversion.
What We’re Looking For
5+ years of experience in B2B sales of payment solutions (PSP, acquiring, crypto, or pay-in/pay-out services).
Solid track record of working with high-risk merchants (iGaming, gambling, adult, FX, etc.).
Excellent understanding of the payments value chain, including KYC/KYB, compliance, risk, processing, and settlements.
Familiarity with crypto payment infrastructure and its benefits for high-risk businesses.
A mature, independent approach — you know how to identify opportunities, close deals, and build long-term client value.
Strong network of decision-makers in the payments and high-risk ecosystem is a strong advantage.
Fluent English (C1+) is mandatory; additional languages are a plus.
Willingness to work in GMT+3 – GMT+5 timezone.
