Product Manager
About the Role:
Own the full product lifecycle, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure the product meets market demands and exceeds client expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
Manage the entire product lifecycle: discovery, requirements, delivery, launch, and post-release support.
Write clear PRDs, maintain a prioritized backlog, and coordinate with design, engineering, marketing, and customer success teams.
Conduct client interviews and gather feedback to improve the product.
Analyze product metrics (adoption, NPS, churn) and iterate accordingly.
Support sales and account teams with product expertise and onboarding.
Present product updates and demos to stakeholders and clients.
Requirements:
2+ years as a Product Manager in a B2B SaaS or FinTech environment.
Strong understanding of product lifecycle management and agile methodologies.
Excellent written and verbal English.
Proven track record delivering high-quality features with cross-functional teams.
Experience with Jira, Confluence, and product management tools.
Data-driven decision-making skills.
Preferred:
Experience with trading platforms, payment systems, or brokerage operations (FX/Crypto).
Knowledge of KYC/AML processes and client onboarding flows.
Experience scaling a product from MVP to enterprise-level.
Familiarity with API integrations.
Russian proficiency is a plus.
