We are looking for an experienced Accounting Manager to lead a team of 12 accountants and ensure the smooth delivery of financial services to a diverse client portfolio. You’ll be responsible for team supervision, client communication, process improvement, and ensuring compliance with all relevant accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and review bookkeeping, reconciliations, payroll, and financial records.

• Oversee monthly and annual reporting, including management accounts, VAT returns, and audits.

• Provide guidance and training on QuickBooks, Xero, and Excel to improve team efficiency.

• Support and mentor junior accountants, ensuring quality and consistency of work.

• Communicate with clients, auditors, and tax authorities, providing professional advice and resolving queries.

• Improve internal processes to boost team performance and client satisfaction.

• Participate in client onboarding and help identify tailored accounting solutions.

Requirements

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

• ACA / ACCA qualified

• 5+ years of accounting experience

• Excellent knowledge of Xero, QuickBooks, and Microsoft Excel

• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills

• Fluent in Greek and/or English, both written and spoken

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills

What We Offer

• €25,000–€30,000 annual net salary
