About the Company
Our client is a well-established iGaming game provider with over 10 years of experience. They specialize in creating engaging games for the iGaming industry and are looking for an experienced Senior Game Mathematician to join their team.
What You Will Do
As a Senior Game Mathematician, you will work closely with the Game Design and Senior Management teams to:
Develop mathematical models for game rules, pay tables, and volatility settings.
Optimize game parameters to ensure fair and profitable outcomes for both players and casinos.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and enhance gambling games, ensuring they align with the company's standards and regulations.
Maintain documentation of game specifications, mathematical models, and testing results.
Conduct playtesting and analyze game performance to ensure a satisfying player experience.
Key Responsibilities
Game Design & Creation: Develop and implement mathematical models for slot games, including RTP, volatility, and house edge.
Game Analysis: Analyze and optimize existing games for player engagement and profitability.
Collaboration: Work with product managers, engineers, designers, and marketing teams to create high-quality games.
Testing & Quality Assurance: Perform playtesting to identify and address issues related to game mechanics and payouts.
Documentation: Maintain clear documentation on game specifications and results.
What You’ll Need to Have
5+ years of experience in game math or game design, preferably in iGaming.
Strong understanding of gambling math (RTP, house edge, volatility).
Proficiency in Excel, Python, Java, or JavaScript.
Passion for games, especially mobile gaming, and an understanding of industry trends.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
Nice to Have
Experience with Python, Java, or JS (preferred).
Familiarity with iGaming and Scrumban methodology.
Knowledge of custom programs for game development.
