What You’ll Do:

• Own and execute the full marketing strategy across all channels
• Plan, launch, and optimize marketing funnels (email, content, paid, partnerships)
• Write persuasive, conversion-focused copy for email, ads, and landing pages
• Run and analyze A/B tests to improve performance
• Set up and manage email automation and low-ticket offer funnels
• Manage paid campaigns on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube
• Collaborate with and manage freelancers as needed
• Drive performance marketing initiatives tied directly to revenue KPIs

Who You Are:

• 3+ years of experience in marketing, ideally in SaaS or growth-stage companies
• Hands-on and resourceful — you figure things out without needing step-by-step instructions
• Strong skills in copywriting, funnel building, and paid traffic management
• Solid understanding of A/B testing, conversion optimization, and marketing analytics
• Comfortable working independently in a fully remote setup
• Experience managing projects and freelancers across time zones
