Key Responsibilities:
Lead financial forecasting and performance analysis across weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual cycles — with a focus on profitability and cash flow.
Manage and maintain Earned Value Management System (EVMS) data integrity for multiple programs using COBRA and SAP.
Develop, maintain, and update project structures within SAP to ensure cost and schedule integration.
Oversee the creation and accuracy of Estimates at Completion (EAC) across assigned efforts.
Generate Integrated Program Management Reports (IPMR Formats 1–5, 7).
Collaborate with Control Account Managers (CAMs) to create and review variance reports.
Build and manage program baselines for performance measurement and cost control.
Prepare moderately complex cost estimates for proposals and support pricing strategy.
Provide audit support for both internal and external compliance activities.
Deliver ad hoc financial analyses as requested by leadership.
Mentor junior analysts while managing tasks with minimal oversight.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Engineering, Business, or related field.
(Master’s degree preferred. In lieu of a degree, 10+ years of relevant experience will be considered.)Minimum 6 years of experience in financial analysis, preferably within government or project-based environments.
Proficient with COBRA, SAP, and advanced Microsoft Excel.
Deep understanding of Earned Value Management concepts, financial planning, and risk analysis.
Familiarity with DFARS, ANSI-748-D, EVMIG, and NDIA intent guides.
Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
US Citizenship required.
Preferred Skills:
MBA or CPA.
Leadership development program background or prior experience managing finances for complex programs.
Knowledge of government contract types: CPAF, CPFF, T&M, FFP, etc.
Strong computer proficiency and analytical mindset.
PMP, EVMP, or equivalent certifications (preferred but not required).
