Role Summary

We are looking for a junior to mid-level Lawyer to join the legal team of our client — a fast-growing fintech company in the crypto space. The role involves supporting legal and regulatory activities across jurisdictions, drafting commercial agreements, and assisting in compliance processes. This is a great opportunity to gain practical experience at the intersection of law, finance, and emerging technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with licensing and regulatory filings in various jurisdictions.

• Draft and review commercial agreements (SaaS, partnerships, NDAs, service providers).

• Conduct legal research and prepare memos on financial regulations, securities law, and virtual asset frameworks.

• Support internal teams with day-to-day legal matters (marketing, product, operations).

• Contribute to corporate governance and manage group entities' documentation.

• Monitor legal developments in the crypto and fintech sectors.

• Liaise with local counsel and regulators under the direction of the General Counsel.

• Provide legal input on AML/CFT, data protection, and risk management frameworks.

Requirements

• LLB or LLM degree.

• 2–4 years of legal experience in fintech, financial services, or an international law firm.

• Understanding of or interest in crypto, blockchain, or emerging financial technologies.

• Strong legal research and drafting skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication in English. Other languages are a plus.

• Proactive attitude, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
