Product / Revenue Analyst (Retention & Monetization Focus)
About the Company:
Our client is an IT company operating multiple online dating businesses. Their product operates on a credit-based messaging system, and our client is focused on increasing user lifetime value, retention, and monetization. They already have a dedicated Data Analyst who creates all reporting and dashboards in Tableau — now our client is looking for a strategic, business-minded analyst to extract actionable insights from the data and help drive growth.
About the Role:
As Business Analyst, you’ll be the bridge between data and growth. Your role is to turn Tableau dashboards and data reports into clear, actionable business decisions. You’ll work closely with Product, CRM, and Leadership to find revenue leaks, uncover user behavior patterns, and prioritize high-impact initiatives that directly move the needle.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze user funnels, churn patterns, and cohort behavior using Tableau dashboards.
- Monitor and interpret core metrics: LTV, ARPU, CAC, churn, and retention.
- Identify revenue leaks and monetization opportunities throughout the user journey.
- Recommend product and lifecycle campaign changes based on user behavior data.
- Collaborate with Product and CRM teams on A/B testing ideas and revenue experiments.
- Build revenue-impact forecasts or simple business cases to support your recommendations.
- Own weekly/monthly KPI reporting for product health — but always with an eye on action.
Requirements:
- Are a business-minded analyst who knows how to turn data into decisions.
- Have 4–6+ years in roles like Product Analyst, Growth Analyst, or Revenue Analyst.
- Have worked in digital product companies: dating, gaming, SaaS, freemium models.
- Use Tableau confidently — not to build dashboards, but to interpret them.
- Are fluent in monetization metrics (LTV, CAC, retention curves, ARPU, etc).
- Can spot what’s wrong in a funnel and suggest a next step that improves the bottom line.
- Enjoy working independently with direct access to leadership and fast implementation cycles.
