Overview
A private high-net-worth individual (HNWI) based in Limassol is seeking a hands-on Financial Manager to support and coordinate financial operations related to personal investments and group companies. The portfolio includes real estate, corporate shareholdings, and international assets across Cyprus, South Africa, UAE, and Ukraine.

This is a long-term position offering exposure to international finance and operations, with the opportunity to grow professionally within a stable and entrepreneurial environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Track and monitor investment performance and expenses

• Prepare regular financial and management reports (incl. cash flow, P&L, balance sheet summaries)

• Coordinate accounting, tax filings, and audits with external providers

• Assist in optimizing payment flows and ensuring timely execution of transactions

• Support banking, documentation, and KYC-related activities across jurisdictions

• Assist in compliance monitoring and maintaining records for personal and company matters
  
  

Requirements

• University degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

• 3–5 years of experience in finance/accounting (experience with HNWIs or small business owners is a plus)

• Solid understanding of financial reporting and international transactions

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

• Fluent in English (spoken and written), Russian or Ukrainian is a plus

• Based in or ready to relocate to Limassol, Cyprus
