Salary: The salary is negotiable, with an initial base salary discussed during the interview process, plus performance-based bonuses.
Our client is a business intelligence company specializing in providing innovative solutions to optimize operations and ensure regulatory compliance. They operate in a globally distributed environment, serving clients across over 70 countries. Currently, they are developing an iGaming project from scratch and are looking for talented individuals to join their expanding team. Their mission is to deliver cutting-edge solutions to their clients, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction, trust-building, and sustainable growth.
We are looking for a dynamic and strategic leader to oversee the KYC and CRM departments within our growing team. The mission is to build, train, and supervise a globally distributed, multilingual KYC and CRM team, ensuring our clients pass the online casino KYC requirements swiftly and providing high-level CRM services to key accounts worldwide.
Key Responsibilities:

KYC (Know Your Customer):
Strategically support and advise clients in ensuring KYC requirements are fulfilled (reviewing, modifying, creating, and filing documentation).
Conduct negotiations with KYC officers to ensure smooth processes.

CRM (Customer Relationship Management):
Manage communication with key accounts, ensuring service excellence at the level of Key Account Managers.
Coordinate a multilingual CRM team, servicing clients across different time zones and languages.
Ensure global coverage with a focus on five major languages.

Team Development:
Lead a growing team that will expand to 10 CRM and 7 KYC Executives by 2026.
Foster a collaborative and efficient environment for team members.
Candidate Requirements:
- Experience:
Strong experience in KYC, ideally with knowledge of the online casino industry.
Proven background in CRM, especially managing key accounts in a global, multilingual environment.
Prior managerial experience is preferred but not required. We value strong analytical skills and process-oriented thinking.
- Education:
A strong academic background (PhD, MBA, or equivalent) is highly preferred, enabling fast learning and adaptation to new processes.
- Skills:
Multilingual communication skills (English, Spanish, French, and other languages are a plus).
Strong organizational and leadership skills with a focus on strategic development.
Ability to manage relationships at a sophisticated level, with a deep understanding of legal and compliance frameworks.
Location and Relocation:
The role is ideally based in Georgia, Azerbaijan, or Armenia.
