About the Role:
We seek a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Associate to join the growing team. This role is perfect for someone with strong sales experience, excellent communication skills, and a passion for building client relationships. You will generate leads, negotiate deals, and close sales, ensuring clients receive the best transport solutions that fit their needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively prospect and contact potential clients to introduce Interlane’s services and identify new business opportunities.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their transportation needs and offering tailored solutions.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals, consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently, ensuring a smooth and positive client experience.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and pricing strategies to position Interlane competitively in the market.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including operations and customer service, to ensure seamless service delivery to clients.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer feedback, and deal progress in CRM systems.
Who We’re Looking For:
- 1-2 years of Sales Experience is a Must.
- Proven experience in sales (ideally in logistics or related industries) with strong experience in B2C.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently while being a team player.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges.
- English C1-C2 level
