We are looking for a Go High Level Expert / Specialist to manage and optimize our real estate coaching platform. The ideal candidate must have advanced expertise in Go High Level platform, be highly organized, and capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Full management of Go High Level – troubleshoot issues, optimize automations, and update funnels.

• Course sales and access control – adjust pricing, bundles, and discount codes.

• Roleplay group administration – enroll participants, assign partners, and track engagement.

• Payment processing (Stripe) – monitor transactions, manage subscriptions, and issue refunds.

• Scheduling and client management – oversee Google Calendar and update client records.

• Client communication – handle inquiries via email, WhatsApp, and batch notifications.

Requirements:

✔ Proven expertise in Go High Level – deep understanding of automations, CRM, and funnel management.
✔ Fluent in English (C1-C2 level) – strong written and verbal communication skills.
✔ Experience managing online coaching, learning platforms, or similar systems.
✔ Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
✔ Availability to work in the New York time zone.

This role requires a highly skilled Go High Level specialist who can work independently and take ownership of key processes. Only candidates with Go High Level experience will be considered.
