The Role:
As a Sales Director, you will develop and execute a high-growth sales strategy across the region, build strong relationships with key partners, and lead high-performing sales initiatives. This role requires frequent travel across the USA, Canada, and South America, making a USA passport highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to drive revenue growth in the region.
- Â Build and maintain strong partnerships with key decision-makers in direct sales, network marketing, or affiliate marketing.
- Identify and acquire new customers, while strengthening relationships with existing clients.
- Â Lead, mentor, and motivate a sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize lead generation efforts.
- Â Monitor market trends, sales performance, and competitor activity, adjusting strategies as needed.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience: 7+ years in direct sales, network marketing, or affiliate marketing, with 3+ years in a leadership role.
- Â A demonstrable track record of driving sales growth and expanding market share .
- Â An established network of contacts within the B2B SaaS industry.
- Leadership & Strategy: Proven ability to lead sales teams, develop strategies, and drive market expansion.
- Â A data-driven approach to sales strategy and performance analysis, leveraging data to inform decisions.
- Â Language Skills: Fluency in English is essential; Spanish proficiency is highly desirable.
