To achieve this bold vision, we are seeking an experienced and visionary CTO to lead our technology team and drive our expansion strategy.

Position Overview:

As a vital part of our senior management team, the CTO will work closely with the CEO and key stakeholders to craft and execute innovative technical solutions aligned with our rapid growth plans. Your expertise will play a key role in leading the company to new heights in the digital landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Leadership:
  • Develop and communicate a clear technology vision that aligns with our product goals and overall company mission.
  • Collaborate with department heads and stakeholders to ensure that technological solutions are tailored to business needs and objectives.
  • Proactively discover and implement new technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
• Team Development:
  • Lead the recruitment and management of high-performing IT teams, fostering a collaborative culture of innovation, experimentation, and continuous learning.
  • Cultivate a team environment that adapts to rapid changes and thrives on new challenges.
• Project and Product Management:
  • Manage and set timelines for the development and deployment of technology services, ensuring on-time delivery and quality outputs.
  • Collaborate with product and project management teams to prioritize features and create a clear product roadmap based on business and technical requirements.
• Operational Excellence:
  • Oversee system infrastructure to ensure optimal functionality and efficiency.
  • Develop robust quality assurance and data protection processes to secure product integrity.
  • Monitor KPIs and IT budgets to drive both efficiency and effectiveness in technology operations.

Key Requirements:

• Professional Experience:
  • 6+ years in a CTO or leadership role, with a proven track record in scaling technology teams and products.
  • Hands-on experience with SaaS development, focusing on security, scalability, and reliability.
  • In-depth knowledge of the following tech stack: Node.js, NestJS, Next.js (SSR/SSG frameworks), Kubernetes, and AWS.
  • Experience managing remote teams, preferably in a startup environment.
• Education:
  • BS/BA in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; an MBA or similar advanced degree is a plus.
• Skills:
  • Strong ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive results.
  • Excellent strategic thinking skills, with the ability to turn business goals into technological solutions.
  • Strong analytical skills for conducting technological analysis and research.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate technology strategy to diverse audiences, including partners and investors.
  • English proficiency is required (both written and spoken).
