Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to join our client's team and lead the development of new Mobile/ Desktop Apps or SaaS B2C products from concept to launch. The ideal candidate will have a mix of UI/UX expertise, product management skills, and a solid foundation in performance marketing and funnels. You will be responsible for turning user needs and business goals into products that provide seamless experiences and meet business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership: Lead a cross-functional team (UX/UI designers, Engineers, Scrum Masters, Analysts) throughout the entire product lifecycle – from discovery to launch and beyond.
- Product Strategy & Vision: Develop and communicate a clear product vision aligned with company goals and market needs.
- Market Research & Analysis: Conduct research, analyze industry trends, and gather customer feedback to inform product decisions.
- Product Roadmap: Create and maintain a roadmap, balancing short-term needs with long-term strategy.
- Feature Definition & Requirements: Work closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams to define features based on user needs and market opportunities.
- User Experience: Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and user-friendly product experiences.
- Product Development Management: Oversee the product development process, ensuring high-quality releases on time.
- Release Management: Coordinate product releases, including beta testing, bug fixes, and successful launch strategies.
- Metrics & Analytics: Define KPIs to measure product success and analyze data to make data-driven decisions.
- Customer Feedback & Support: Gather customer feedback and collaborate with support teams to improve user satisfaction.
- Product Marketing Support: Partner with marketing teams to develop go-to-market strategies and sales materials.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with teams across the organization to ensure alignment and support for product initiatives.
- Product Evangelism: Represent the product at events and customer meetings to promote awareness.
- Continuous Improvement: Continuously evaluate the product based on feedback and market trends to stay ahead of competitors.
- Risk Management: Identify risks related to product development and create strategies to mitigate them.
- Compliance & Security: Ensure compliance with regulations and prioritize security measures to protect user data.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Product Owner/Manager in SaaS or mobile/desktop apps, successfully launching and scaling B2C products.
- Expertise in UI/UX design principles, with experience in Figma.
- Solid understanding of performance sales funnels and user psychology.
- Experience in digital or performance marketing is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, able to motivate teams and collaborate with all levels of stakeholders.
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
