About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and empathetic Client Success Manager to join our team in the adult industry. Key Responsibilities

Required Skills & Qualifications

- At least 2 years of experience in client relations, people management, or account management.

- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage with diverse clients.

- High emotional intelligence to understand and address client needs.

- Proven experience in people relations and fostering strong connections.

- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple accounts effectively.

- A responsible and proactive approach to client success and problem-solving.

- Fluency in English, Portuguese, and Spanish is required.
