What You’ll Do
As a Partnership Manager, your primary responsibility will be to identify, onboard, and manage strategic partners who can bring new clients to OnHires. Your key tasks will include:
• Searching for and onboarding new strategic partners to expand our client network.
• Communicating with partners via calls, emails, and meetings to maintain strong relationships.
• Ensuring all partner requirements are met to facilitate seamless cooperation.
• Coordinating with internal teams to address partner needs.
• Preparing KYB documentation and completing application forms for onboarding new partners.
• Creating presentations, documents, and other materials to support partnership initiatives.
• Performing email and LinkedIn outreach to potential partners.
• Executing email marketing campaigns to engage and nurture partner relationships.
• Organizing webinars with founders in cooperation with partners to strengthen engagement and brand positioning.
• Creating community for founders to provide valuable information about industry news, events, and other.
Requirements
• 2+ years of experience in business development or partnership management.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build long-term partnerships.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace, CRM, and email marketing tools
• Upper-intermediate (B2) or higher level of English for seamless communication.
• Proactive mindset and ability to work independently while driving results.
• Proven experience in managing customer relationships professionally and efficiently.
• Excellent time management skills, ensuring all tasks and deadlines are met.
