Position Overview:
Our client is seeking a motivated and persuasive Sales Closer to join our team in Los Angeles. As a key player in our sales process, you’ll be responsible for finalizing solar deals through direct sales, guiding customers through the decision-making process, and ensuring a smooth transition to solar energy. This role requires a proven ability to close high-ticket sales, manage customer relationships, and drive new business through referrals.
👉 This is a direct sales role that requires face-to-face interactions with potential customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage scheduled appointments or generate your own leads through referrals.
Conduct in-home consultations to assess customer needs and provide customized solar solutions.
Work with the Proposal Building team to create accurate, compelling proposals.
Present proposals, emphasizing cost savings, sustainability, and ROI.
Utilize persuasive sales techniques to identify customer motivations and overcome objections.
Secure signed contracts and ensure seamless transition to the installation phase.
Generate additional leads through satisfied customers and their network.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
Experience: 1-3 years in direct sales (solar, real estate, or high-ticket sales preferred).

Skills:
Strong understanding of solar energy’s financial benefits.
Proficiency with CRM tools and digital platforms.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
Self-driven with a focus on results and resilience under pressure.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in door-to-door, in-home, or high-ticket sales.
Bilingual (Spanish preferred).
Familiarity with solar financing options and industry trends.

Sales & Persuasion: Ability to close deals effectively and influence customer decisions.
Customer Profiling: Recognize and leverage customer behaviors to increase closing rates.
Objection Handling: Address and resolve customer concerns swiftly to move the sale forward.
Self-Lead Generation: Generate new leads through referrals from satisfied customers.
Resilience: Stay motivated and adaptable in a fast-paced, high-pressure sales environment.
Work Schedule:
Full-time, 40-hour workweek
Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Hiring Process:

Phone/Video Interview – Initial assessment of sales experience and skills.
In-Person Interview & Role Play – Evaluate sales abilities in real-world scenarios.
Final Interview – Assessment of cultural fit and motivation.
Offer & Onboarding – Contract signing, training on sales techniques, and lead generation strategies.
