Key Responsibilities: 

• Set up of chart of accounts for new group companies and new projects

• Set up accounting software for new group companies and projects

• Collection of supporting documentation and performance of journal entries every month

• Maintenance of general leger

• Review reconciliations and resolve identified discrepancies

• Participate in the annual external audits

• Coordinate with external advisors regarding tax and legal matters

• Cooperate with internal finance and legal departments to maintain correct and up-to-date documentation needed for accounting purposes

Qualifications:

• Proficient in Excel

• Excellent knowledge of English

• Analytical mindset and interest in working with numbers

• Understanding how to combine and structure data in a concise format

• Attention to detail, ability to identify and understand patterns and highlight differences

• Basic understanding of accounting and double entry principle (nice to have)
