About the Role:

The Director of Operations will serve as the right hand to the founder, managing day-to-day operations and ensuring seamless execution of strategic projects. This hands-on leadership role is perfect for someone experienced in startup environments who excels at problem-solving, managing teams, and scaling operations.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations and ensure project execution aligns with company goals.

• Build and lead teams, including recruitment and onboarding.

• Develop and implement operational processes to increase efficiency.

• Collaborate with consultants to refine business strategies and address operational needs.

• Enhance customer support operations to drive client satisfaction.

• Serve as the operational bridge between the founder and various teams.

• Assist with the establishment and management of a new office in Medellín.

Requirements:

• Proven track record in operations management within a SaaS startup or tech company.

• Advanced skills in Excel and operational data analysis.

• Strong leadership and communication abilities to inspire and manage teams.

• Ability to work autonomously and proactively drive initiatives.

• Background in telecommunications or call center operations is a plus.

• Fluent in English (most clients are US-based) and Spanish for local operations.
