Must-Have Qualifications

• 7+ years blockchain development experience with production-grade solutions.

• 5+ years expert-level Substrate framework and Rust programming experience.

• In-depth knowledge of Substrate internals (FRAME, runtime engineering, storage).

• Proven experience with parachains, relay chains, and decentralized governance.

• Mastery of consensus mechanisms (BABE, GRANDPA) and cryptographic algorithms.

• Strong focus on scalability and fault tolerance in high-performance systems.

• Familiarity with Polkadot/Kusama ecosystems and tools (Polkadot.js, Substrate Developer Hub).

• Contributions to significant blockchain projects (open-source portfolio preferred).
