Your Role:

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee and plan complex, R&D activities with a strong AI focus. At It-Jim, you will need to lead multiple high-impact projects simultaneously, ensuring that all are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.

You will work with multiple cross-functional teams, including AI and Robotics experts, Software engineers as well as company stakeholders. It is important to mention that the Project Manager at It-Jim is a guy with a blend of product vision and ownership, task management, people management and overall technological maturity.

Responsibilities and duties:

• Project planning and scheduling (including pre-sale activities)
• Business analysis (transforming of business vision into technical requirements
• Managing multiple projects in parallel
• Collaboration and coordination of several engineering teams
• Facilitation of regular team meetings to ensure that every single detail is alignedperfectly (daily meetings, brainstorm sessions, retrospective meetings, etc.)
• Interviewing and hiring new team members (full-cycle engagement)
• Resource management
• Regular reporting to the company stakeholders (CEO, COO, CTO)
• Project delivery (you are not afraid to talk both technical and business languages)
• Testing of developed AI technologies and products as a user

Requirements:

•  3+ years of project management experience
• Experience with back-end development, DevOps/MLOps
• Software development life cycle understanding
• You know task management tools well
• You know and understand how to create project roadmaps and project delivery presentations
• You managed multiple projects in parallel
• Upper-intermediate English (verbal and written
• Strong interest and passion for AI technology and its applications
• Strong desire to grow and educate yourself
